2024 October Long Weekend Event - Paired Wines with Oysters and Gravlax @ Dindima

Enjoy an idyllic Spring afternoon with family and friends amongst the vines. Relax to streamed jazz, sip on our deliciously crisp, minerally 2024 Semillon or the fruity, luscious 2019 Semillon - Chardonnay blend as you savour freshly shucked AAA grade Sydney Rock oysters or cured ocean trout gravlax. Vegetarians and children also catered for.  What could be better?

  • Date: Saturday, 5 October and Sunday, 6 October 2024
  • Time: 11:30am-1.00pm, 1.15pm-2:45pm, 3:00-4:30pm

Cost

  • Adult - $50.00pp (includes ½ dozen AAA grade Sydney Rock oysters or a serve of ocean trout gravlax* with a glass of Dindima 2024 Semillon or 2019 Semillon - Chardonnay blend**).
  • Adult - $85.00pp (includes 1 dozen AAA grade Sydney Rock oysters * with a glass of Dindima 2024 Semillon or 2019 Semillon - Chardonnay blend**).
  • Adult (Vegetarian option)- $50.00pp per serve with a glass of 2019 Semillon - Chardonnay blend or 2022 Rosé.
  • Child - $16.00 per serve (includes plate with drink).

Drinks: Additional wine, soft drinks and fruit juice are available from the Cellar Door. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought onto Dindima’s premises.

*Oysters and gravlax must be booked in advance (see ticket purchasing options). 

** Additional glass and bottle sales available on the day.
